RUBBISH

Couple days ago, we were rushing all our promotion mechanism for approval before lady boss start her maternity leave.

As for yesterday, the approval finally came out and for my portion, out of 7, 6were actually rejected and being called in for some "education"!!

Initially, she told me that she was very disappointed as I was there almost 3 months. Then looking at all those mechanism and she said, this very bad and shown that I never do my homework. Then she continued to blar blar blar and she kept on mentioning my mechanism from very bad to the worst, from the worst turned to rubbish.

This is so sarcastic rite? Be frank, since graduated from high school, whatever that I've done in my career will never have such a compliment from my superior. By the time she said RUBBISH, my blood pressure was definitely HIGH. I just couldn't take it being criticized badly.

If I were just graduated from high school, I think I will be tendering in 4 hours later. But, experience told me not to do something impulsively.

I was well trained from my former employer, when I was under him, something even more worse came out from his mouth, always get F**CKED. Thanks to him as I know he still "treasured" me otherwise he will just fire me. The incident yesterday lead me to think about him all of sudden and wondering where is he now?

I don't know my lady boss well, but as a boss, I can understand her situation and we have to do so and try to SEE thing for her perspective. If she were found that no hope on me, I think she will just let me be and I will be fired sooner or later.

In fact, I always told friends that surrounding me, always treat 10% of your salary meant for "get scolding". And you have no choice as he or she is the one who determine your increment, bonus and even pay your salary. Boss ma, he or she deserve to do so.

Actually for me, this was just lesson and I learned from there and grow from there. She will be giving birth today and hope everything fine over there.

Few hours later, a new day has come!!! A new beginning and a new chapter will be.....
